For the first few properties, I stayed very much involved, assisting in day-to-day operations and decisions. I soon learned my involvement was slowing Tim’s team down, while my trust in his contractors, decorators, and management grew, I backed away from daily contact. At this point, I would just hand over the keys and stay out of the way. I’ve bought and sold properties in areas outside of Tim’s region, and have yet to meet anyone with his level of services, expertise, and exceptional product.
